The OS was updated from W10 within a couple of days of purchasing. I have not yet noticed any other problems, having used Zoom for several meetings in the last couple of days. I Wanted to know if it worked with the Pentium Gold as I'm looking to buy a laptop with this processor?

Thank you so much for providing the link. I am still convinced that somewhere in the code is a table of acceptable operating systems - and W11 is not among them! Since this machine was able to jump Microsoft's high hurdle to install W11, I am sure that it is not deficient. Somebody could have provided the link for you to join a meeting.
